We’ll start with a delightful and interactive appetizer, followed by a soup & salad course, after which you’ll enjoy your choice of 1 of 3 incredibly prepared entrees;
- Green Tea Poached Mahi-Mahi, Pistachio-Herb Persillade, Seared Brussels Sprouts, Cauliflower Purée, Citrus Brown Butter Sauce
- Grilled Filet Mignon, Herb Compound Butter, Root Vegetable Gratin, Citrus-Seared Broccolini, Red Wine Reduction
- Vegetarian Option: Butternut Squash Risotto with Fontina Cheese, Sautéed Spinach And Mushrooms, Toasted Walnut Garnish, Roasted Red Pepper Drizzle
Finally, you’ll round out the evening with a shareable & romantic dessert course. Beer and Wine will be available, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

About Chef Abby: “I am happiest when I am in the kitchen”
Chef Abby Randall has over 20 years of professional cooking experience, beginning in her mother’s farm-to-table restaurant. After earning her degree and Pro-chef Level One certification from the advanced program at New York’s Culinary Institute of America, Abby started a personal chef service in Minneapolis to promote healthy eating at home. That business grew into The Tomato Vine, offering catering, prepared weekly meals, and a lunch cafe. Abby participates in many local tasting events, and she took first place in the Taste of Edina’s Chef Competition for 2016 and 2017. She loves to be inventive and create new dishes, while embracing her Minnesota roots and family recipes. Abby’s passion for food is ever-present in the dishes she creates, and looks forward to preparing and sharing her Valentine’s menu with you!
